For sterilization of low volumes of instruments, applicable in dentistry, microsurgery, ophthalmology, outpatient surgery, including for sterilization of instruments containing optical parts, heat-intolerant medical devices.
Orion CK-16 ozone sterilizer is the latest development of Orion-Si LLC, replacing Orion CK-10 ozone sterilizer. It has passed all necessary testing and holds all authorization documents.

Rapid disinfection and rapid sterilization in:
It is indispensable in dentistry, microsurgery, outpatient surgery; ideal for sterilization of small volumes of instruments and medical products. In order to improve ergonomics and increase the throughput capacity of the sterilizer by more than 1.5 times, the volume of the chamber has been increased; the airtightness has been improved, and so has the chamber door lock-release system. Improved aerodynamics ensures uniform filling of the chamber with ozone-air mixture and guarantees sterilization of hollow instruments. Retractable shelves simplify the placement of instruments.
The following are also indisputable advantages typical for all modifications of Orion Sterilizers:
- low-temperature conditions allows sterilization of heat-intolerant products and materials;
- short exposure time (the full sterilization cycle is 30 min for CK-16l and a little over an hour for Orion CK-250l ozone sterilizer);
- mobility ensured by light weight and lack of requirement to connect the unit to the oxygen supply network of the medical institution;
- maximum safety for medical personnel is ensured by complete airtightness and ease of operation;
- low power consumption (70 W) of the Orion sterilizer ensures significant cost-cutting;
- sterilization of optical components, polymer and glass products;
- no aeration required, no toxicity;
- gentle impact on the instruments owing to the absence of high pressure and high temperatures in the chamber;
- chamber transparency allows to observe instrument insertion and removal within the operation shift.
